While Get It Mama manages your content and overall experience, FitBudd operates the backend platform, including account infrastructure and data storage. This information is stored and managed by FitBudd, our app platform provider. We may access it to help with support, review progress (for example during optional challenges), and provide general program guidance. We do not store this information directly on our own systems.
For purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and subscription management are handled directly by those platforms in accordance with their own terms and policies.
Information submitted for optional challenges:
If you choose to participate in optional challenges, you may submit progress photos, measurements, or written updates via Typeform or a similar tool. These submissions are used to review entries and celebrate progress. At the time of submission, you may be asked for permission to use your materials for marketing purposes such as testimonials or social media. We will never publish your materials without your express, separate consent.

We may store limited account-related information (such as your membership plan, signup date, and account status) using secure third-party systems that help us manage subscriptions and provide support.
A note on health information:
While our app collects fitness and wellness data (such as height, weight, body measurements, and workout activity), we do not intentionally collect or process sensitive health information such as medical diagnoses, treatments, or clinical records.
