Mei Hubnik

Hey, I'm Mei! A Physiotherapist (Sydney Uni trained), with nearly a decade of clinical experience. Mum of two. Former elite gymnast of 14+ years and 3-time Australian representative at the World Championships in acrobatic gymnastics. I bring anatomical training and real-world movement experience to every class. And because I've lived through pregnancy and postpartum twice (currently 4 months in), I know what it actually takes to come back: strong, mobile, and confident. Through Pilates, yoga, and strength training, I'll guide you through pregnancy and postpartum, helping you build strength, confidence, and deep connection to your body. From bump to badass, I've got you mama!
